The Elegance girls got to talking one day and we thought why should all of us big girls be the only ones allowed to have fun with hair & makeup? So we came up with the… “Little Diva Birthday Party.”  What a fun change of pace from the usual pool parties and pizza parties! Each guest at your party receives: party style, polish fingers*, touch of color makeup, and a party favor.
