Judy Behnke - Owner

Since 1970, Judy has been in the business of making people look and feel special. Her desire to always strive to learn more and keep up to date is something she has passed on to her staff, as well as the many students she taught in her 3 years as an instructor at the Norfolk Beauty College.

Judy can often be found working and learning at trade shows and classes, including Peel’s Beauty Supply Trade Show; Aerial Trade Show; Pivot Point International Training; ISEC Esthetics Conference in Las Vegas; and the Peter Mahoney, Eric Fisher, & Michael Cole Business Management Classes.

She is trained in Redken, Aquage, Kenra, Bioelements, Matrix, Tigi, OPI, Nail Tek, Australian Gold Tanning Products, Wigo, and Hot Tools, is Focus Energy Footbath certified, and has considerable experience styling wigs and hairpieces.

Bobbi – Nail Specialist

Bobbi is a graduate of Joseph’s College of Beauty and has over 10 years of experience. She specializes in pink & white acrylic nails, natural nails, pedicures, and is one of Elegance Head to Toe’s talented freehand nail artists.

Her ongoing training includes attending advanced nail classes in Kansas City featuring Tammy Taylor, Michael Cole Management Seminar, and Dr. Lew Business Class.

She is trained in Bioelements Skin Care, OPI Nail Products, Nail Tek Natural Nail Care, Creative Nail Products, Nioxin, Redken, Aquage, Kenra, Matrix, and Biolage.

Melissa – Nail Specialist

Melissa is a graduate of the College of Nail Design in Omaha, NE. She has been a Licensed Nail Technician since 2004.

Her experience includes a wide variety of nail techniques including natural nails, gel overlays, acrylics, and fiberglass. Plus, for an added touch of elegance, she offers several options of freehand nail art designs.

She has attended a number of trade shows to increase her knowledge and is trained in OPI Nail Products.

Heather – Hair Specialist

Heather is from Stanton, NE. She is a 2007 graduate of La'James International College in Fremont, NE.

In addition to doing your hair, she can also take care of yourskin needs. She is one of the girls doing facials, pedicures and manicures are a favorite.

She has attended the Chicago Midwest Show, Aerial Beauty Show, Trend Vision, American Crew classes, and Peel's Trade Show. She is trained in Redken, Aquage, Kenra, Matrix, Bioelements, American Crew and OPI.

Summer – Hair Specialist

Summer is a graduate of Bahner School of Hairstyling. She has been a licensed hair stylist since 1997. She is a color specialist with expertise in highlighting, long hair, and color correction among others. She has recently expanded her skills to include skin care.

She stays up-to-date by attending many classes, some of which include Redken Color, American Crew, Aquage Styling, CRAFT Training, Color Correction, Michael Cole Management, Logic Color, Holiday Hair, and Bioelements Skin Care

Her training covers more than 17 product lines including Redken, Aquage, Kenra, Bioelements, Matrix, American Crew and more.

Kelsey -  Esthetician

Kelsey graduated from Capitol School of Esthetics in Omaha, NE as a Licensed Esthetician, she gained valuable experience working at Gloss Salon and Day Spa in Omaha before relocating to the Norfolk area.

Her specialized services include customized facials for any skin type, Shiatsu facial massage, complete body waxing as well as facial waxing, make-up applications, spray tanning and body therapy treatments. In addition to your skin care needs she also enjoys doing manicures and pedicures.

Kelsey has attended many continuing education classes such as: Mirabella 40 Plus make-up, Mirabella Advanced Techniques, Esscentials Brazilian Wax Trainign, Image Skincare seminar 2007, and Peels Spring Show 2008. She is trained in Bioelements, Only Yours Skin Care, Dermapro, Mirabella, Youngblood Mineral Make-up, Trucco, Esscentials wax, Creative nail products, OPI and Zoya Polishes.
